Heartbeat Retreat gives large family groups more than enough beds. Its seven permanent bedrooms, 11 beds, three bathrooms and separate living areas allow up to 14 guests to stay together without everyone sharing the same space.
A private lounge with a closing door and a comfortable sofa bed can also be prepared as an optional additional sleeping room. Maximum occupancy remains 14 guests.

How 14 guests are accommodated
The bedrooms are divided between the five-bedroom main house and a detached two-bedroom studio. This allows several families or generations to stay together while retaining some separation and privacy.

A flexible layout for two or three families
There is no single way to divide the property. The combination of permanent bedrooms, separate living areas and the detached studio allows each group to choose the arrangement that best suits its adults, children and grandparents.
One family in the studio
The detached studio works well for one family, with a queen bedroom for the adults, two single beds for children and its own ensuite bathroom.
Two families in the main house
The main house has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and three twin bedrooms, giving two families several ways to divide the rooms while remaining close to the shared kitchen and living areas.
Extra privacy when needed
The studio can also suit grandparents or anyone wanting more separation. The private lounge in the main house provides another flexible sleeping option without increasing the 14-guest limit.

Living areas and bathrooms
The layout is designed to reduce the pressure that comes with a large group sharing one house. Separate living areas give people different places to gather, while three existing bathrooms serve the main house and detached studio. A fourth bathroom is planned for completion during 2026.

The main house has three separate living areas, including a private lounge with a closing door. Children can use one space while adults relax elsewhere.

The main house currently has one shared bathroom and one private ensuite attached to the king bedroom. A second shared bathroom is planned for completion during 2026.
Studio ensuite
The detached studio has its own ensuite bathroom, allowing the guests staying there to remain largely self-contained.
